Dynafast

High-solids, quick-drying two-component epoxy primer, pigmented with zinc phosphate as a corrosion-inhibiting pigment. DYNAFAST 2/C complies with ISO 12944 standards for C-3 and C-4H (High) corrosivity categories.

As a primer/intermediate coat in epoxy and polyurethane systems, its chemical resistance and excellent adhesion make it the ideal base for any anticorrosive system in aggressive chemical or marine environments, both on steel and galvanized surfaces.

- CONVENTIONAL SPRAYER
Nozzle/Tip size: 1.7 - 2.0 mm Working pressure: 3-4 bar Dilution: 5%
- AIRLESS SPRAYER
Nozzle/Tip size: 0.46 - 0.53 mm Working pressure: 200-250 bar Dilution: 0 - 5%
-BRUSH: Only recommended for touch-ups and small surfaces such as joints, corners, or minor repairs. -ROLLER: Not recommended for this method, as the roller deposits a thinner layer of paint, which prevents achieving high thicknesses and results in a stippled or rough appearance.
The exact determination of the dilution percentage will depend on factors such as temperature, spray gun pressure, nozzle type, etc. Special attention should be paid to avoid spraying on dry surfaces; the applied layer must remain wet, otherwise, adhesion issues may occur. It is not recommended to paint in rainy conditions or during the warmest hours of the day.
