Recommended as a base coat in silicate paint systems
that require binding, including protecting mineral surfaces
such as lime and cement renders, gypsum plasters and
stonework. Its also ideal for problematic areas such as
damp basements and can also be used as a stabilising
primer for powdery and friable surfaces.

Silicate Paint (75.362) is recommended as a topcoat.
